Jack Douglas - Vice President of Worksite Sales, Assurity
Jack assumed the helm of the Worksite Sales team in October 2020. Over the past 4 years he has lead Assurity’s Worksite Sales Team to an average of 15% sales increase. Jack took 22 years of worksite insurance experience to the Lincoln NE company.
A Charleston SC native, Jack attended his hometown school, The Citadel, where he graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. At The Citadel Jack was a 4-year starting QB and elected a 2-time captain by his teammates. He led the team to 3 winning seasons, including a Southern Conference Championship in 1992.
His honors include the retirement of his #14 jersey, being named the 1992 South Carolina Amateur Athlete of the year, induction into The Citadel Athletic Hall of Fame and induction into the South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame. Jack is also a Liberty Fellow – a part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network – and Riley Institute Fellow.
He currently serves on the EduCare Lincoln Board as well as the University of Nebraska Medical Center Board of Counselors.
Jack has been married to Vince Chick for 30 years and they have two adult children, Reed of Los Angeles and Cole of San Diego. He enjoys many outdoor activities including bicycle riding, running with his dog Cooper, bird hunting and saltwater fishing. Jack also enjoys reading non-fiction books.

Joey Pribianca - Account Executive, Lincoln Financial Group
Joey joined Lincoln Financials' Group Protection Team at the beginning of 2024. Previously he had worked for a group retirement provider supporting brokers, advisors, and their clients through the full cycle of creating and maintaining a workplace retirement plan. Before that Joey had spent time on Lincoln’s individual investment and insurance team and serving as a missile system supervisor in the U.S. Navy out of Mayport, FL.
As an Account Executive, Joey is responsible for negotiating pricing for new business as well as the renewal. He works closely with the Florida Team to aid in administration of high-profile clients for established producers in the Greater Jacksonville Area. He has been with Lincoln Financial for five years with 12 years of experience.

John Moody - Regional Sales Director, Boston Mutual
John Moody is a Jacksonville, FL native with over 20 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry all being in the Worksite Voluntary Benefits space. After working for regional brokerages and running his own agency John entered the corporate side and joined Boston Mutual in January 2023 as the Regional Sales Director for North Florida. As a third-generation insurance professional John is very proud to follow in the footsteps of his Father and Grandfather. With a passion for helping and mentoring people he believes there is no better industry than working in employee benefits.
While not at work you can find John on his boat as he is an avid fisherman or spending time with his wife Erin and his two children Deanna and Alex.

Teresa Mask - Colonial Life
Teresa Mask is a Jacksonville native, who has over 14 years experience in the Insurance Industry and over a decade in the Voluntary Benefits space. She started her journey with Colonial Life in 2014 and became a District General Agent in 2017, where she and her team earned Small Office of the Year in the North Florida Territory. Teresa is the President of Elite Insurance Associates and is proud to be an active member of the Women’s Business Owner Association of Northeast Florida, the Better Business Bureau and the local NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) chapter where she has consistently been awarded the NAIFA Quality & Service Award. Teresa's passion in the industry stems from personal family experience when a Cancer policy proved to be invaluable, when both her parents were unable to work due to a devasting diagnosis. She’s driven to help others unlock the mysteries of benefits, educate them on how they work and to be a resource for her agents and clients that they can readily turn to.
When she's not in the office, you'll often find her singing on the weekends at various venues with the Double Down Band or spending time with her family. She is a proud Mom to two grown Children, Ben and Becca, a wonderful Son in law, Jason and is thrilled to be a Mimi to her fabulous three year old granddaughter, Olivia!
